Essential Skills
We are looking for a professional with strong product discovery and framing expertise, capable of confidently determining the right approaches to shape the Morpheus product design and roadmap. This role involves close collaboration with the US Data Science Infrastructure Tools team to define and design Morpheus—a tool designed to expedite pricing modelling within USRM.
The ideal candidate will be able to create clickable prototypes in Figma, support user testing of the MVP, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the design and roadmap.
We’re Seeking Someone Who Can Demonstrate
We are looking for a professional with strong product discovery and framing expertise, capable of confidently determining the right approaches to shape the Morpheus product design and roadmap. We’re Seeking Someone Who Can Demonstrate
- Confident Figma & UX design skills with a proven track record.
- Experience navigating complex and ambiguous problem spaces to uncover product roadmaps and designs.
- Evidence of impactful design and research outcomes, showcasing personal contributions at each stage of the process.
- Ability to present end-to-end processes, from initial discovery to influencing product strategy, even if the final project outcome wasn’t visible.
- Figma – for clickable prototypes and design.
- Lucid – for capturing lean UX processes and flows.
