We are currently seeking a Sydney-based HR Project Manager to join one of our key partners on a 10-month contract, working 4 days per week. You will be joining an existing Maltem consultant already on the project and will work closely with him, as well as senior stakeholders within the partner’s Talent, Culture & Inclusion team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR project delivery, with a focus on strategic “Future of Work” initiatives, particularly the transition to a Skills-Based Organisation.
• Manage organisational culture projects and initiatives to embed new ways of working.
• Provide leadership on Risk Culture-related workstreams.
• Plan, track, and report on project milestones using Jira and/or Teams Planner.
• Engage with stakeholders across the business, building trust and alignment to deliver on objectives.

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong HR Project Management background with a proven track record in delivering strategic HR initiatives.
• Experience leading Future of Work / Skills-Based Organisation projects.
• Recent experience driving organisational culture change programs.
• Exposure to Risk Culture initiatives.
• Confident in leading projects using Jira and/or Teams Planner.
• Financial Services (ideally Insurance) industry experience preferred.
