Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the successful execution of projects within the pharmaceutical industry. This role involves overseeing project planning and execution, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results.

While prior MES (Manufacturing Execution System) project leadership is not mandatory, exposure or knowledge of MES platforms is preferred.

This is a hybrid position based in Toronto, requiring on-site presence 2-3 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals and timelines.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into actionable project plans, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact between project teams and stakeholders.

Profile Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Exposure to MES platforms (e.g., PAS-X, Siemens Opcenter) is an asset.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, with availability to be on-site in Toronto one week per month.
