• Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover patterns and trends
• Become main partner to Operations Team on customer verification process
• Proactively identify, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activities across all Sun Finance platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations/Data Science/IT) to enhance fraud prevention measures
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fraud trends and technologies

• Reduction in Fraudulent Transactions/Fraudulent account creation
• Reporting and Analysis
• Innovative Fraud Prevention Initiatives
• Cross-Department Collaboration

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar programming languages
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) is a plus
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
