Cyber Security Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and identify IAM-related risks across applications and services
• Provide strategic and tactical advice on IAM risk mitigation
• Implement appropriate risk control measures
• Interpret access logs and detect anomalies with business impact insight
• Collaborate closely with digital, security, compliance, and business teams

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience in IAM, risk, or information security
• Strong knowledge of IGA, PAM, and Access Management
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, and other security standards
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP) are a plus
• Dutch language proficiency (B1/B2) preferred
