Role Overview

The role involves managing the delivery of an infrastructure upgrade project, working across all lines of business and coordinating third-party vendors. You will integrate delivery plans from multiple teams into a single program plan, track progress, and report regularly to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver infrastructure upgrade projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong governance and clear communication.
• Build and maintain a tracker and dashboard to monitor progress across all teams.
• Create and manage project plans, defining scope, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.
• Prioritise competing objectives in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Skills & Experience

• 4–5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager, ideally in infrastructure projects.
• Project Management qualification.
• Agile delivery experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficient in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.
