Role Overview

As the Head of Product, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Trusted Family's platform. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals, and delivering value to our customers. This is a leadership role that requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, customer empathy, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Trusted Family’s mission and business objectives.
• Product Roadmap: Define and maintain a prioritized product roadmap based on customer feedback, market research, and business needs.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Work closely with customers and stakeholders to deeply understand their needs and challenges, and ensure these insights are reflected in the product.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality, impactful product solutions.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data, analytics, and user feedback to inform product decisions and measure success.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure Trusted Family remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head of Product, Product Manager, or similar leadership role in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, agile methodologies, and user-centered design.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to articulate product concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in leveraging AI throughout the product development lifecycle, including using AI tools for market research, feature prioritization, prototyping, and testing methodologies.
• Experience in the family business or family office sector is a plus, but not required.

Hiring process

Our hiring process consists of four main stages:

• Initial screening call
• Case study presentation and interview with the CEO and CTO
• Interview with team members you'll work closely with including the Engineering Manager
• Reference Calls

We aim to complete the entire process within 3-4 weeks and provide feedback after each stage.
