This UX Lead role sits within the digital team which aims to position daa as the leader in airport industry B2C digital channels, using customer centric technologies to drive non-aeronautical revenues and a seamless passenger experience. 
  • Develop and drive the overall UX strategy and vision for Labs to ensure an exceptional digital passenger experience
  • Ensures high level of UX standards applied across all future digital projects within the organisation
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform digital design decisions.
  • Create and oversee the development of user flows across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with digital, innovation and development to ensure a seamless user experience.
  •  Analyse user feedback and data to continually improve the user experience.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all UX deliverables.


daa has established a new digital, IT and innovation engine called daa LABS, with an ambitious mission to deliver a great connected digital airport experience for passengers and grow value for Dublin Airport, Cork Airport, ARI and daa International.  
We’re seeking an experienced UX Lead to join the Digital team at daa Labs. This is a very exciting time to join the Digital team at Labs as we start the transformation of our B2C digital passenger experience.
