DevOps Engineer (AWS/Terraform)

Role:

• We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to own and evolve the cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines.
• You will play a hands-on leadership role in scaling secure, resilient platforms that underpin our global investment operations.
• You will join a high-impact engineering team that blends cutting-edge AWS architecture with the agility of a start-up mindset and the resources of a global enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Terraform modules for EKS/ECS clusters, VPC networking, RDS, IAM, and cloud security.
• Implement and refine GitLab/GitHub Actions pipelines, enabling blue/green and canary deployments across multiple environments.
• Deploy and manage Prometheus/Grafana dashboards, ELK stacks, and AWS CloudWatch for proactive monitoring and incident response.
• Reduce AWS spend through Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and resource right-sizing strategies.

Required Skills:

• Strong AWS expertise (EKS/ECS, VPC, IAM, RDS, S3, CloudWatch).
• Proficiency in Terraform (modules, state management, workspaces).
• Hands-on CI/CD experience with GitLab, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Deep understanding of Linux, networking, and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Scripting skills in Python/Bash for automation.
