Financial Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance & Accounting Associate to join our team. You will manage financial records across both fiat and crypto accounts, coordinate with external accountants for tax filings, and support management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role requires familiarity with on-chain transactions and blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan) alongside traditional accounting principles.

• Maintain accurate financial records in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books).
• Record all transactions for bank accounts, crypto wallets, and payment processors.
• Reconcile monthly statements for banks, exchanges, and blockchain wallets.
• Prepare all necessary reports and reconciliations to support tax filings and audits.
• Coordinate with external accountants to ensure timely, accurate filings.
• Maintain documentation for compliance and audits (invoices, receipts, contracts, schedules).
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for management.
• Review and interpret on-chain transactions using Etherscan, Basescan, or similar blockchain tools.

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US corporate accounting and IFRS.
• Experience reconciling crypto transactions alongside fiat transactions.
• Ability to read and interpret on-chain data from blockchain explorers.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English.
