Qualifikation

You are exactly right with us if you…

• have an interest in crypto (as a user), which is an advantage but not a requirement.
• have a curious mindset: You can learn a lot of useful things here. We offer you mentoring, feedback, and proven processes. However, it is your responsibility to bring enough motivation and willingness to learn.
• want to go from rookie to rocky: We do not expect prior work experience; we have hired people who have just started their bachelor’s studies. What is more important to us is that you embody our values, namely being humble, hardworking, and committed to self-improvement.
• have strong English and German skills to communicate effectively with the team.
• are enrolled for at least one more year and can commit to 20 hours per week.
