🔍 Your Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize features using Python and Flask, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Contribute to the release cycle, ensuring smooth deployments and beta releases.
- Review and provide feedback on pull requests, helping to maintain clean, efficient code.
- Assist associate developers, guiding them through best practices and helping them grow.
- Perform code reviews, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring coding standards are met.
- Collaborate with senior developers, providing valuable insights from the development team.
- Bring fresh ideas to improve workflows, development stacks, and team processes.
- 3+ years of experience in Python and Flask.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and NoSQL solutions (DynamoDB, Redis).
- Proficiency with Docker and containerization workflows.
- Ability to design, develop, and integrate REST APIs.
- Solid grasp of Linux environments.
- Great English communication skills to navigate rapidly changing business contexts and technical discussions.
- Experience in unit testing and CI/CD workflows.
- A problem-solving mindset with strong knowledge of OOP and SOLID principles.
- Foundational knowledge of AWS.
- Bonus points for experience with microservice architecture!
