As our Product Owner for Client Experience & Partner Solutions, you will lead the development of innovative digital products that enhance how clients navigate their legal journeys and how we collaborate with external partners. You'll work at the intersection of legal expertise and user experience, creating solutions that make complex legal processes accessible and transparent

#ABOUTTHEJOB

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and evangelize the product vision for client-facing platforms including client portals, mobile applications, and partner integration tools.
• Develop product strategies that differentiate our firm in the immigration and real estate legal markets.
• Identify opportunities to create self-service capabilities that empower clients while maintaining high-touch service where needed.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Build relationships with external partners including real estate agencies, immigration consultants, and corporate clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure digital solutions enhance rather than complicate client relationships.
• Work with marketing and business development teams to align product features with market positioning.

Product Development & Delivery

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for external-facing systems
• Create user stories that capture the client journey through immigration applications or real estate transactions
• Lead user research, usability testing, and client feedback sessions
• Manage vendor relationships for third-party integrations and white-label solutions
• Ensure compliance with legal industry regulations and data privacy requirements

Domain-Specific Focus Areas

• Design intuitive case tracking systems for immigration clients to monitor application status and deadlines.
• Develop document collection and verification workflows for real estate transactions.
• Create secure communication channels between clients, attorneys, and third parties.
• Build integration capabilities with government portals, real estate MLS systems, and partner platforms.
• Implement multilingual capabilities to serve diverse immigration clientele.

Client Success & Growth

• Monitor client satisfaction metrics and platform adoption rates.
• Identify opportunities to expand digital services based on client feedback.
• Develop features that enhance client retention and referral rates.
• Create self-help resources and knowledge bases for common client question.

#ABOUTYOU

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or UX-focused role.
• Proven track record of delivering customer-facing digital products.
• Experience with B2B and B2C product development.
• Background in creating secure, compliant digital solutions.
• Understanding of API integrations and partner platform development.
• Strong user experience design sensibility.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage diverse external stakeholders.
• Data-driven approach to product decisions with experience in analytics tools
• Proficiency with product management and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of security and compliance requirements for sensitive data.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in legal technology, fintech, or regulated industries
• Knowledge of immigration processes or real estate transactions.
• Multilingual capabilities (Spanish, Mandarin, or other languages relevant to our client base).
• Experience with identity verification, document management, or e-signature platforms.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Background in service design or customer journey mapping.
