Schedule: Monday–Friday, core business hours

About the Role

We’re seeking a Junior Information Security Analyst – Privileged Access Management to join a high-performing Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing user access, enforcing security standards, and ensuring compliance across multiple systems. You’ll work with UNIX, Windows, Active Directory, and database environments, while supporting security controls and lifecycle processes.

This is a great long-term opportunity to work with a collaborative team and contribute to critical cybersecurity operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage user identities, roles, and access changes (Privileged ID Lifecycle) across UNIX, Windows, Active Directory, and databases.
• Process and prioritize access requests from users, managers, and other teams.
• Enforce IAM policies, guidelines, and security controls.
• Maintain compliance with enterprise security standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues efficiently.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
• Knowledge of UNIX, Windows, and database security controls.
• Experience with Privileged ID Lifecycle management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• IAM certifications.
• Experience with ServiceNow and other request management systems.
