Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Resolve Crit-sit, Sev-1, and executive escalations with expert troubleshooting.
• Support and configure Layer 2/3 protocols, SD-WAN, VxLAN, and MCLAG.
• Manage KPIs, SLAs, documentation, and contribute to technical hiring.
• Drive virtualization/container projects using OpenStack, vSphere, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Tanzu.
• Collaborate across multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Aruba, VMware, Extreme).
• Demonstrated experience with virtualization and container platforms (RedHat OpenStack, OpenShift, VMware Tanzu, vSphere, Dell Networking).

Requirements

• Expertise in SRE, infrastructure hardware, and advanced diagnostics.
• Strong experience with virtualization and container platforms.
• Proven skills in escalation management, vendor relations, and team leadership.
