What will we do together?


  • Handling employee requests in the ticketing system and assigning them to the appropriate departments,
  • Comprehensive maintenance and archiving of personnel files and employee documentation,
  • Administrative support for employee benefits and communication with providers,
  • Managing employee data in benefit systems, including updates, registrations, and removals,
  • Invoice processing and cooperation with the accounting department,
  • Administering access to the employee portal and basic HR tools,
  • Scanning documents and preparing materials for audits and labor inspections (PIP),
  • Creating HR reports and system-based summaries,
  • Providing administrative support in daily HR team operations.


Who are we looking for?


  • Previous experience in a similar HR administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment,
  • Minimum B2 level of English (both written and spoken),
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel),
  • Familiarity with HR systems/tools is an advantage,
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in daily tasks,
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships,
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to suggest and implement process improvements,
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
