Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements, including both functional and non-functional aspects for technical services.

Play an active role in solution design, conducting local design sessions to walk stakeholders through the proposed solution.

Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and ensuring a clear understanding of business requirements.

Strong knowledge of HR solutions.

Understanding of Recruitment and Onboarding processes.

Knowledge of Avature ATS

Experience working on transformation projects
