Overview

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for crafting seamless user experiences? We’re looking for a lead UX/Product Designer to join our fast-paced, collaborative team and help shape the future of our SaaS platform.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

- 7+ years in UX/Product Design, ideally within a SaaS environment.

- A portfolio that showcases high-quality design work and measurable business impact.

- Strong communicator and collaborator—able to influence across Product, Engineering, and UX.

- Experience co-leading with Product to shape vision, strategy, and roadmap.

- Comfortable navigating ambiguous problem spaces and fast-moving environments.

- Data-driven mindset: you use quantitative and qualitative insights to inform design.

- Proficient in Figma and other design tools for UI and prototyping.

- Skilled in rapid user testing using platforms like UserTesting or PlaybookUX.

- Familiar with agile workflows and cross-functional collaboration.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and always looking to grow as a designer.

- Experience with Salesforce/Experience Cloud is a plus.
