UX/UI Designer - Web
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Contract Length: 1 Year
Pay Rate: $100-$107/hr W2 (No C2C)

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our web team, focusing on creating exceptional digital experiences for new pages and sites. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that are functional, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive, engaging, and on-brand user interfaces for web pages and sites.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.

  • Partner with product owners, producers, and creative teams to translate requirements into effective design solutions.

  • Develop and maintain design systems for consistency across all digital properties.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

  • Ensure designs meet accessibility best practices and standards.

  • Collaborate with the web product team to support implementation.

  • Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of UX/UI design experience for web platforms.

  • Expert proficiency with Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and design assets.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a digital-first design approach.

  • Experience designing responsive websites across desktop and mobile.

  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, layout, and color theory.

  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to incorporate feedback effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing for sites built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS.

  • Knowledge of component-based CMS environments.

  • Understanding of WCAG/ADA accessibility standards.

  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries.

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS concepts.

  • User research and usability testing experience.
