Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into concrete business results.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans that align with both the client’s business goals and company targets.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline within the assigned sectors, focusing on high-impact, strategic opportunities.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle – from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, contract, and closure.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and key customers, coordinating all internal and external communications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., legal, finance, product) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of customer needs.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and account performance to senior management.
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies and contribute market insights for product positioning and business planning.
  • Ensure all proposals and contracts are prepared with precision, in compliance with both legal requirements and client expectations.
  • Promote the company’s image and value proposition within key accounts and industry networks.


Qualifications:


  • Graduating from relevant departments of universities,
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development.
  • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of the payment industry, technology-driven solutions, or enterprise services is highly desirable.
  • High business acumen with the ability to analyze customer needs and propose strategic solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of contract structures and commercial terms is a strong advantage.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Comfortable building long-term business relationships with senior decision-makers
