What we’re looking for:

• +5 years of experience with Java (version 8+) and frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot
• Experience in other frameworks, such as Spring MVC, Spring Web or Spring Data is valued
• Good knowledge in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
• Hands-on experience with multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency with relational databases, including setup, tuning, and complex SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with API development and systems integration
• Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization tools (e.g. Docker)
• Experience in Front-End development is valued (HTML, CSS, Javascript/Typescript)
• Good English level
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities in a hybrid work environment
