Business Data Analyst

🚀 We're Hiring: Data Business Analyst (Dutch-speaking | Hybrid | €85k)

Are you a Business Analyst with a strong focus on data & analytics? Do you love bridging the gap between business needs and technical data solutions?

We’re looking for someone who thrives in turning complex business questions into actionable data models, transformation rules, and BI solutions.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead workshops & interviews to gather business and data requirements
• Translate KPIs, dimensions, and use cases into data models and transformation logic
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to design and build robust data products
• Create dashboard mockups and ensure alignment with stakeholders
• Contribute to architecture, planning, and scope definition

🧠 What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a data/BI/DWH environment
• Proven experience with Kimball and Data Vault modeling
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, SQL, and BI/data visualization tools
• Knowledge of data governance or DMBOK is a plus
• Comfortable working in large, complex organizations
• Fluent in Dutch (required)

📍 Working Setup

• Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
• Offices located centrally with easy access
