AI Data & Insights Analyst

We are hiring an AI Data & Insights Analyst.

What you will do

• Analyse business needs and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvement
• Collect, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources to support AI models
• Build and validate analytical models (ML, NLP, predictive analytics) in collaboration with data scientists
• Translate AI model results into actionable insights for business stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with data governance, ethics, and explainability requirements
• Support prototyping and proof-of-concept projects in Agile sprints

What you bring

• 3+ years in data analysis or analytics-focused AI roles
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and at least one ML framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience with data wrangling, feature engineering, and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of AI ethics, explainable AI (XAI), and data governance principles
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Ability to communicate complex AI outputs in clear business language
