We’re looking for a hands-on Data Scientist with deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs). This is not an academic or purely research role, you’ll be building and deploying production-grade AI solutions that have a real impact.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Design & develop NLP and LLM-powered applications using modern frameworks
• Build & fine-tune traditional ML models (classification, regression, clustering)
• Create scalable APIs for AI models using Python + FastAPI
• Deploy models to production environments (AWS, containerized architectures)
• Apply best practices in CI/CD, testing, and observability
• Collaborate with product & engineering teams to translate business problems into AI solutions

📌 What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning
• Strong NLP & LLM skills — both theory and hands-on implementation
• Production-grade Python development skills (clean, testable code)
• Experience with FastAPI (or similar) for model deployment
• Familiarity with modern LLM stacks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, HuggingFace)
• Solid understanding of ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, etc.)
• Cloud knowledge (AWS ECS/Lambda/S3 or similar)
• Bonus: MLOps tools (Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines)

• Knowledge of embeddings & vector databases
• Cost-aware AI architecture & deployment skills
• Previous remote-first team experience
