About the Project

CytoReason is a tech company transforming biopharma’s decision-making from trial and error to data-driven using an AI Platform of computational disease models. With its extensive database of public and proprietary data, the company maps human diseases – tissue by tissue and cell by cell. Researchers of all levels rely on CytoReason’s technology to make data-driven decisions across the drug development life cycle. Scientists can identify potential targets, prioritize indications, and stratify patient populations. Program leaders can compare drugs across multiple diseases or multiple drugs within a single disease. C-level executives can gain valuable tools to manage and optimize entire drug portfolios.We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong front-end orientation.

Required skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer
• Experience with cloud-based microservices and REST APIs
• Experience building SPAs with React
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes
• Good communication skills in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Nest.js
• Experience with big data frameworks (such as LakeFS, DuckDB, BigQuery)
• Background in R and Python
