Senior AI Engineer - Munich, Germany

Masentó are collaborating with an exciting AI Scale-Up business, we are looking to hire a Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in Agentic AI systems.

You’ll be at the forefront of designing, building, and deploying autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and acting in complex environments.

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and develop agentic AI architectures that integrate planning, memory, reasoning, and self-reflection.
• Build and optimize multi-agent systems capable of collaboration, negotiation, and emergent behavior.
• Implement reinforcement learning, meta-learning, and self-supervised learning techniques to enhance agent capabilities.
• Collaborate with product teams to deploy agents in real-world applications such as decision support, automation, and simulation.
• Conduct experiments and evaluations to measure agent performance, robustness, and alignment.

Key Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on agent-based systems or autonomous decision-making.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
• Deep understanding of RL, planning algorithms, symbolic reasoning, and neurosymbolic AI.
• Experience with LLMs, tool use, and agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAgents).
