Senior In-House Lawyer

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Law
  • 5+ years of experience with in-house legal department /consulting firms
  • Proven practical knowledge in contractual, commerce, employment law
  • Experience with personal data protection regulation according to Ukrainian law and GDPR and other compliance topics (AML, anti-bribery etc.)
  • Experience in implementing corporate changes (including/excluding new shareholders, drafting MoM of general participants, drafting PoA etc.)
  • Knowledge of audit activity is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Ukrainian
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and deliver on multiple simultaneous projects
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
