Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team to assist us with recruitment and internal HR and admin tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing & screening candidates;
• Preparing job descriptions & job board advertising;
• Building and developing talent pools of qualified candidates;
• Cooperating with managers to adapt to their recruitment needs and requirements;
• Providing the best candidate experience;
• Supporting in other HR and admin daily tasks.
  
  

Qualifications

• Availability of at least 35 hours per week;
• Knowledge of recruitment techniques;
• English (min. B2+/C1);
• Polish (min. C1);
• Great communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactiveness, assertiveness and great attention detail;
• Interest in HR and willingness to develop in this field.

• Experience with direct search (including LinkedIn);
