Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to take over and lead an already ongoing residential project in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee the remaining execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the UAE contracting sector
• At least 5 years in a Project Manager role
• Hands-on experience managing a 2B+G+5 project end-to-end
• Dubai Municipality approval for G+Unlimited
• PMP Certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction methodologies, contracts, and regulatory requirements

Role Highlights:

• Oversee final stages of an active large-scale project
• Manage project planning, execution, budgeting, and quality control
• Coordinate with DEWA, ADWEA, RTA, Civil Defense, Etisalat for approvals
• Drive cost efficiency while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Salary: AED 35K–40K (±) plus family benefits, including a company car (petrol and Salik) and performance bonus (schooling not included)
