Role Overview: Your Day-to-Day

We're looking for a top-tier developer who not only writes clean, secure, and high-quality code, but also uplifts the team by sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of excellence. You’ll be part of a talented tech team building innovative, scalable solutions that enhance the safety and security of our customers. You'll develop modern software using C#, .NET Core, and React.js in a cloud-first environment. This is a permanent, full-time position reporting to the Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen and support the development team in building software that protects lives and homes
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using C#/.NET Core and React.js
• Enhance and maintain existing applications for improved performance and usability
• Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, and maintenance
• Ensure stable and reusable architecture with high performance
• Stay up to date with trends in software development and best practices
• Write thorough unit and integration tests
• Collaborate closely with other developers, IT professionals, and architects
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Backend or Full Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in C#, and .NET Core
• Experience with modern frontend libraries such as React, Angular etc.
• Experience with API design and development (REST, Websockets, Graphql, etc.)
• Experience with SQL and noSQL databases and Entity Framework
• Skilled in automation and integration testing
• Experience with modern cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, etc.) preferably Azure
• Experience with modern DevOps (K8s, GitOps, etc.)
• Fluent in English
• A valid EU work permit
  
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous experience in IoT environments
• Experience with monorepos such as Turborepo/Nx
