Team Leader & Project Manager

For one of our clients a banking company, in Geneva, we are recruiting for a long-term mission a Team Leader & Project Manager who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Responsibilities:

As a Team Leader & Project Manager you lead and manage e-banking team, you ensure the team achieve the goal according to agreed planning. You conduct meetings to provide updates and feedback. Besides, you do recruitment and performance evaluation. You develop and manage project plans (resources, timeline, costs). Moreover, you coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects. You monitor project progress and create reports, you communicate projects status to whom is concerned and escalate issues. You implement risk management processes. You are also in charge of product management and of service owner external solutions.

Profile:

• Bachelor in IT
• Experience in project management and as Team Leader in IT sector
• Experience with client facing platforms (financial technology products, a plus)
• French AND English fluent
• Swiss residence mandatory
