Key Responsibilities

Fullstack Development

  • Design and implement user-friendly web applications using modern frameworks, ensuring a responsive and seamless experience
  • Develop and maintain back-end services and APIs to support high-traffic trading environments
  • Work with databases to create efficient data models and manage data storage solutions
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement solutions effectively

Collaboration & Code Quality

  • Participate in code reviews to ensure high coding standards and share knowledge with your peers
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive interfaces that drive user engagement
  • Adopt and enhance CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and automate testing processes

Continuous Improvement & Mentorship

  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and tools to drive innovation within the team
  • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of learning and development
  • Contribute actively to project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of features and functionalities

Requirements

Who are you?

  • You have at least 5 years of fullstack software development experience, preferably in a trading or financial services environment
  • Proficient in modern web development technologies including React, Angular, or Vue.js for front-end development
  • Strong experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or .NET
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices to facilitate rapid and reliable delivery of software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • A passion for mentoring and helping others grow within the tech field
