Data Scientist

We are in search of a Data Scientist for credit risk scorecard building using machine learning techniques. We encourage applications of all experience levels. Compensation and job title will depend on experience.

As an integral part of our team, your role will involve developing, implementing, and continuously improving our credit risk scorecard development methodology.

Responsibilities

• Develop credit risk scorecards using machine learning
• Monitor, evaluate and optimize model performance
• Improve the process of scorecard development
• Analyze extensive datasets to discern credit risk trends
• Assist in our Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes
• Collaborate with other teams to match business goals
• Continuously learn and share knowledge with others

Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field. Candidates with ongoing studies are also welcomed
• Experience in a data scientist or a similar role
• Proficiency in statistics and machine learning techniques
• Experience with large dataset manipulation using programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL
• Ability to independently manage analytical projects and communicate results
