📢 HR Generalist / Junior HR Business Partner – 12 Month FTC (Potential to Go Permanent)

📍 Hybrid – Maynooth, Kildare

Are you ready to bring your HR expertise to a global, fast-paced, and highly innovative engineering environment? We're looking for an HR Generalist / Junior HRBP to join our people-focused HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of going permanent.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a European-wide HR function while working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting business-critical HR projects and operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage data in our HRIS (Workday) and provide accurate dashboard reporting to managers.
  • Coordinate and implement HR reporting processes (e.g., payroll, recruitment, work permits).
  • Support the outsourced monthly payroll process for both salaried and hourly staff.
  • Ensure work permit compliance, maintaining documentation and reporting KPIs.
  • Collaborate with local and European teams on HR projects and technology implementations.
  • Support recruitment and employer branding, acting as the main HR point of contact for queries and systems support.


🧰 What You'll Need

Essential:

  • 2+ years’ HR experience, ideally in a multinational or high-tech environment.
  • Strong HRIS knowledge – Workday experience preferred.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – a true team player.
  • Degree in HR or a related field with a CIPD qualification.

Desirable:

  • Experience in engineering or manufacturing environments.
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5.

📍 Location & Working Hours

  • Maynooth (Kildare), hybrid model (3 days in-office)
  • Mon–Thurs: 8am–5pm, Fri: 8am–4pm
