Apollo Solutions is currently supporting a major application development transformation within one of Belgium’s most respected financial institutions. This initiative is part of a broader strategic program to modernise core banking and financial platforms through the development of new, business critical applications.

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator with a strong background in banking or financial services, who can manage the end-to-end delivery of complex software development projects across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple application development workstreams, from planning through delivery.
• Drive full software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) activities: from requirements, design, and development to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Act as a key liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Define and track project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and interdependencies.
• Provide regular status updates and risk assessments to senior stakeholders within a regulated environment.
• Support Agile delivery practices and ensure alignment with enterprise governance standards.
• Remove delivery roadblocks by collaborating with engineering, architecture, QA, and business units.

Your Profile

• Solid experience in financial services or banking, particularly in regulated environments.
• Strong background managing application development projects and software delivery lifecycles (E2E).
• Excellent understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional coordination.
• Proactive, structured, and delivery-focused, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with working alongside software engineering, QA, architecture, and business analysis teams.
