Location: İstanbul & İzmir

What you will do:

• Design and develop high-performance, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau and Power BI, ensuring consistency and intuitive user experiences.
• Tailor data visualizations to diverse user personas—including executives, analysts, and operational teams—to maximize relevance and usability.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable insights through interactive dashboards that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Promote reporting excellence by sharing best practices and collaborating with the data science team to standardize and enhance data visualization processes.
• Develop and maintain scripts for data processing and transformation, enabling accurate and efficient data preparation for reporting and analytics.
• Support and onboard data engineers, guiding them in identifying and implementing optimal technical solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in data analysis methodologies, tools, and underlying processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Recommend enhancements to test automation procedures, systems, and tools to the Team Lead and/or Project Manager for improved performance and reliability.
• Assist stakeholders in diagnosing BI portal failures, providing support and documentation to ensure timely resolution and knowledge transfer.
• Continuously optimize data processing pipelines and reporting outputs to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

What you should ideally bring:

• BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or a related discipline is required.
• 3 or more years of hands-on experience in BI, data analytics and/or dashboarding roles · MSSQL/MYSQL, Mongo, Databricks know-how for data preparation tasks
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development Approach, Python/Java and other OOP languages
• Excellent spoken and written English. As an international company, Airties is an English-language environment
• Clear communicator, translating customer needs into concrete answers
• Understands the goals and optimizes for them instead of blind execution
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge about Linux based embedded systems.
• Excellent team player
• Experience developing Power-BI Dashboards
• Good understanding of product development lifecycle
• Experience with test and bug tracking tools (Jira, etc)
• Knowledge of Wireless domain is a plus.
