Project Graphic Designer (Beauty)

Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Project Graphic Designer mainly focused on Beauty division, based in Milan. The successful candidate will be part of the Content Beauty team, within the Global Art Buying & Content department.

Main Activities And Responsibilities

Ensure the development, finalization and delivery of main process guidelines in allignment with the Content Management;
Evaluation of charts developed by external agency according to crops guidelinesdeveloped by DG graphic designers team;
Handle cropping guidelines for Campaign and Extra contents ensuring the right execution of the process to the final check of exports, layouts of in-store visuals & digital newsletters, layouts of press releases and e-vites, social media special executions and exports;
Provide the v isual crops requests to the external agency, monitoring the process end to end, checking and validing special crops through the ad hoc Platform;
Handle with e-commerce products contents creation (coordinating with Production team for the shooting and asset-list, handling with product collection with marketing team) and with post-production finalization;
Handle with contents delivery (check of files and upload on delivery platform) and development of final release presentations;
Collect, check and validation of Media requests in allignment with the Content Management

Key Requirements & Competencies

Previous working experience ideally 3-5 years in Graphic Design department in Creative Agencies or Beauty/Luxury brands;
Strong knowledge of print medias and related artwork’s deliveries;
Knowledge of digital media (e.g. social, website, e-commerce, UX/UI) and related technical specs is a plus;
Team working skills as well as ability to work independently with excellent work-flow organization;
Multitasking on multiple projects simultaneously, time management and problem solving attitude;
Stress management and ability to work against tight deadlines;
Fluent in Italian and English.
