A fast-growing digital assets team is seeking a Senior Crypto Engineer to help design and develop blockchain-based systems for FinTech applications. This role combines deep technical responsibility with product-focused collaboration in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain secure blockchain systems focused on digital finance use cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and user experience
• Lead efforts in blockchain infrastructure, smart contract development, and system integrations
• Stay current with emerging blockchain technologies and contribute to architectural decisions

Requirements:

• Experience with blockchain protocols, decentralized applications (dApps), and crypto development
• Background in building crypto systems such as wallets, smart contracts, or trading platforms
• Proficiency in one or more languages: Solidity, Rust, Go, TypeScript, or Python
• Strong understanding of cryptography and consensus mechanisms (e.g., PoW, PoS)
• Demonstrated contributions to open-source crypto projects or publicly available codebases
• Experience with secure APIs and customer-facing crypto platforms (e.g., DeFi, exchanges)
• Ability to mentor others and work in agile, iterative development environments
