Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: Qatar

Reports to: CEO

Role Summary:

The CTO will oversee the technology infrastructure, architecture, and digital product strategy of the digital bank. They will play a critical role in developing a secure, scalable, and user-friendly digital banking platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the digital bank’s technology roadmap
• Lead core banking system selection and integration
• Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and data privacy frameworks are in place
• Build and manage in-house tech teams and external vendors
• Align tech development with business strategy and customer experience

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in IT leadership, ideally in banking or fintech
• Proven experience in digital platform development and system integration
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and banking tech stacks
• Familiarity with Qatar Central Bank technology regulations
