AVP – Technology Governance

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join a leading financial institution as AVP – Technology Governance. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for all technology-related risk, audit, and regulatory matters, working closely with internal stakeholders and control functions to strengthen governance, risk, and compliance across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate across all lines of defense for IT risk, regulatory inspections, and audit activities
• Drive governance frameworks, including RCSA, KRI monitoring, incident reviews, and compliance self-assessments
• Advise on technology and cybersecurity risk management
• Review and support closure of audit findings and track remediation progress
• Promote risk awareness and lead initiatives to enhance governance maturity
• Prepare regulatory reports and support process automation in risk and control activities

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of experience in IT governance, risk, or compliance, preferably in financial services
• Strong understanding of MAS regulations, NIST, ISO 27001, and other relevant frameworks
• Hands-on experience with IT risk tools, controls testing, and audit response
• Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement and analytical skills
