We are collaborating with a mission-driven Product Cyber Start-up founded by one of the leading experts in Cyber (with over 20 years of experience in the sector), who, has decided to found a second tech-driven AI security company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end AI strategy, from model development to product integration and research direction.
• Architect and evolve intelligent systems for detection, investigation, and automated response.
• Build scalable pipelines for model evaluation, monitoring, and retraining across production environments.
• Oversee the design and training of custom AI models (LLMs, transformers, anomaly detection, etc.).
• Represent the company’s AI vision externally to partners, customers, and technical communities.
• Implement robust practices for AI safety, ethics, and governance.
• Grow and lead a team of ML engineers and AI researchers.

Requirements:

• Proven track record delivering ML/AI features in production environments
• Deep hands-on experience with modern ML approaches: LLMs, transformers, vector search, fine-tuning, embeddings, RAG architectures
• Strong foundation in software engineering and system integration
• Experience applying AI to security, automation, or enterprise-grade workflows is a strong plus
• Bonus: familiarity with LLM orchestration tools like LangChain or Semantic Kernel
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn complex models into product value
• Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring high-performing technical teams
• Fluent in English
