Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for driving excellence in biopharmaceutical operations? Join our dynamic PMO team in Dundalk and lead cross-functional projects that make a real impact.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver Tech Transfer projects (Drug Substance / Drug Product)
• Develop and manage Project Execution Plans, schedules, budgets, and risk controls
• Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and process improvement initiatives
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum methodologies to solve complex challenges
• Collaborate with site teams across Tech Services, Operations, Engineering, and Quality
• Track KPIs and report progress to stakeholders
• Champion project management best practices and continuous improvement

🎯 What You Bring

• 6+ years of industry experience, with 4+ in project management
• Proven leadership in biopharma manufacturing environments
• Experience in Bulk Drug Substance, Aseptic Fill Finish, and Ops readiness
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Experience in cross-functional matrix teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Science, or related field
• Green Belt or PMP certification (a plus!)
