Onsite IT Support Engineer

Rol:

Als Onsite IT Support Engineer bied je technische ondersteuning aan onze klanten op locatie, waarbij je hardware- en softwareproblemen troubleshoot en oplost, en hun IT-infrastructuur configureert en onderhoudt:

• Problemen met hardware, software en besturingssystemen diagnosticeren, troubleshooten, en oplossen.
• Je gaat zelfstandig of in teamverband aan de slag.
• Installeer, upgrade, ondersteun en los problemen met de werkruimtehardware van eindgebruikers op, zoals desktops, laptops, printers, mobiele apparaten, en video- en conferentieapparatuur.
• Je analyseert fouten, onderhoudt hardware, installeert/verwijdert werkstations, installeert en configureert nieuwe software (IMACD) en beheert gebruikersaccounts via Active Directory.
• Implementatie van software en besturingssystemen met behulp van SCCM of andere implementatietechnologieën.
• Je legt je aanpak en oplossing van problemen vast in een ticketsysteem
• Asset management.

Vereisten:

• Ervaring met onsite support en ticketsysteem.
• Bekend met Windows OS, Mac OS en verschillende software applicaties.
• Managed Print Service (MPS) / Mobiele telefoons configureren (Apple en Android) (MS Intune) / MS Office 365.
• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
• Klantgerichte aanpak.
