Job Description

  • Support the development and execution of digital strategies aligned with objectives.
  • Lead digital workstreams during transactions, including due diligence, target assessment, integration planning, and post-deal execution.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure digital readiness and alignment with corporate goals.
  • Act as a key interface with executive leadership and stakeholders to ensure risks are managed and strategic outcomes are achieved.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of digital capabilities of target companies and recommend integration pathways.
  • Develop, Socialize and Curate the Methodology for execution teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience as a senior in the field of program management, system implementation and strategy development
  • Solid Experience of IT infrastructures, IT security, Digital M&A best practices and interorganisational IT contracting.
  • Solid Experience in the buildout of new IT organisations and capabilities
  • Excellence in the development of IT Strategies for organisation
