Job Title: Blockchain Developer

Location: Gdansk, Poland (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extensions Possible)

About the Role:

We are currently hiring a Blockchain Developer for a long-term project based in Gdansk, Poland. T An opportunity to work in a highly dynamic, mission-critical environment focused on custody services and blockchain technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications in high-availability, mission-critical environments
• Leverage blockchain knowledge to build solutions aligned with custody/self-custody workflows
• Ensure high-quality data integration and system interoperability
• Collaborate using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Contribute to innovative solutions involving blockchain interoperability and cryptographic protocols

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of IT development experience in complex, high-availability systems
• Hands-on experience with blockchain technologies (EVM-compatible chains preferred)
• Strong understanding of custody/self-custody business workflows (e.g., clearing, settlement)
• Solid experience in system and data integration, data quality
• Proficiency with project collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence)
