Senior Back-End Developer

Keystone Solutions is seeking a skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our consulting team and contribute to a mission-critical project with one of our clients in the traffic management sector. About The Role

In this role, you will work as a Senior .NET Developer on-site with our client, collaborating closely with their internal development team. Youll take on both backend and front-end tasks, participating in the entire software lifecycle to ensure optimal functionality, performance, and code quality.

Key Technical Experiences Required

• 5+ years of experience in a senior developer role with expertise in:
• .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) for robust backend solutions
• .NET Core proficiency for modern, scalable applications
• Front-end frameworks: Angular 6+ (experience with React.js is a plus)
• Solid understanding of design patterns and Microservices architecture
• Familiarity with .NET MVC, Web API, SQL, and GIT version control
• Knowledge of the Train industry is a plus but not essential
  
  
  

Skills

• Deep understanding of the .NET web framework
• Experience with popular web application frameworks
• Advanced C# skills and familiarity with its ecosystem
• Experience creating database schemas that effectively support business processes
• Experience with automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient with GIT and Atlassian suite tools
• Agile methodology experience is essential
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Integrate data storage solutions, potentially including databases, key-value stores, and blob stores
• Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, developing solutions to resolve them
• Maintain high standards of code quality, organization, and automation
  
  
  

Conformity Criteria

• Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or Dutch is highly desirable
• Available for on-site presence at least 2 days per week
• Masters degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Proven .NET development experience with at least 5 years in a similar role
