Company Description

Synature is an early-stage startup building the global nervous system for animal sound monitoring. We create AI sound systems that decode animal communication to drive data-driven decisions across nature conservation, aquaculture, and agriculture.

Role Description

• Evaluate open-source CNN models and integrate into our platform
• Build proof-of-concept (PoC) models and scalable algorithms to decode animal sounds (supported by leading researchers in the field)
• Deploy and manage devices in the field

Qualifications

• (Ongoing) M.Sc. in AI/CS or related field
• Hands-on with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Git, Linux
• Plus: Rust and/or web (Angular) knowledge
• Strong problem-solver, self-starting, comfortable with startup pace
• Fluent in German or English
