We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist / ML Engineer to join our team on advanced data science projects with varied technical requirements. This role demands strong hands-on coding skills, analytical depth, and clear communication.

You will be evaluated and matched to specific projects based on your expertise across key technical domains, which may include:

• Classical Machine Learning (e.g., regression, classification, clustering)
• Deep Learning (primarily model fine-tuning, not from-scratch training)
• Optimization (e.g., linear/non-linear programming, constrained optimization)
• LLMs / Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

All candidates must demonstrate:

• Hands-on proficiency via live coding during interviews
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
