About The Role

We are looking for experienced and dynamic Project Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing project delivery, tracking KPIs, and leading cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies. This role requires excellent communication skills, data-driven decision-making, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and profitability.
• Define, track, and report delivery KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, velocity, quality, client satisfaction).
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations converting raw data into meaningful insights and visuals.
• Co;ordinate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Implement and manage Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) for efficient workflow management.
• Oversee deployment processes and work closely with teams to ensure adherence to CI/CD pipelines.
• Proactively identify risks, propose solutions, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years in Project Management, preferably in software development or IT projects.
• Strong understanding of delivery KPIs and their impact on business outcomes.
• Proven ability to create and present data-driven reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and modern CI/CD processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience in client interaction across time zones.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  
  

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Experience with remote team management.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
