Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality backend systems using Reconomy Group's core technologies, such as .NET & Angular, ensuring adherence to best practices and established coding standards.
• Collaborate with the Lead Backend Engineer, Engineering Manager, Software Architect, frontend developers, QA specialists, and other stakeholders to design and implement backend components that meet business requirements.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components by working closely with frontend developers and other team members.
• Actively contribute to code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase.
• Identify and troubleshoot backend-related issues, implementing fixes and optimizations as needed.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in backend development, continuously learning and improving skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development efforts with broader organizational initiatives and support change management processes to ensure the successful adoption of new technologies and methodologies.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated expertise and understanding of the development process, including specification, documentation, and QA.
• At least 5 years of experience with .NET Core & SQL Server.
• At least 5 years of experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• At least 3 years of experience building front-end applications with Angular.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Knowledge of Azure services.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Kendo UI is a plus.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks is a plus
